it cost less here than at sprint store
this is not a generic docking station, it's made for this phone so it changes to desk top mode.
there are two plugs on the phone/base so i can see how they could be an issue, i don't force it but it goes in well.
i read the other comments but i find it stays in place on the table and stays plugged in. of course i wish they had used a standard size plug, one of usb/mini/micro on the power supply to dock.
i didn't use it (yet) for connecting to tv or keyboard. that wasn't my need.
i think this is a very good product. $100 is a lot of money, but it's a good device.
I would buy it again without hesitation.
